| 目的 探讨非包含型腰椎间盘突出对经皮腰椎间盘切吸术与胶原酶融解术疗效的影响。方法 非包含型腰椎间盘突出症患者57例,其中PLD治疗24例、PLD+CN治疗33例,对其疗效进行分析。结果 PLD组(20.8％)与PLD＋CN组(51.5％)显效率有显著性差异 (χ2＝5.519,P＝0.019)。PLD＋CN组67.9％的椎间盘术后有不同程度回纳。6例椎间孔型突出中4例无效。结论 非包含型突出并非PLD绝对禁忌证;PLD联合CN治疗非包含型突出疗效可靠;椎间孔型突出不主张介入方法治疗。 |

| Objective To discuss the influence of noncontained lumbar disc herniation to the effect treated by percutaneous lumbar discectomy (PLD) and chemonucleolysis (CN). Methods The curative effect and follow-up results of 57 patients (24 treated by PLD and 33 treated by PLD associated with CN) with noncontained lumbar disc herniation were analyzed. Results The apparent rate of PLD group was 20.8%, lower than that of PLD+CN group (51.5%) (χ2 ＝5.519, P＝0.019). Follow-up surveys showed that 67.9% of discs treated by PLD+CN have different degrees of extents back. Invalidity of treatment were found in 4 of 6 patients with intervertebral foramina herniation. . Conclusion Noncontained lumbar disc herniation is not the absolute contraindication for PLD. The PLD associated with CN is an effective method for it.The intervertebral foramina herniation should not be treated by interventional therapies. |
