| 目的 评价超声介导双侧颈丛阻滞在甲状腺手术中的临床应用价值。方法 择期行甲状腺手术病人40例,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为超声介导颈丛阻滞麻醉组(A组)和普通颈丛阻滞麻醉组(B组),A组在B超监测下、B组以盲穿法行C4 一点法双侧颈深丛阻滞,以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价两组麻醉效果,记录两组患者的麻醉并发症。结果 A组患者麻醉效果明显优于B组(P＜0.05),且麻醉并发症发生率明显降低。结论 超声介导应用于颈丛阻滞麻醉可以改善麻醉效果,减少麻醉并发症。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinincal value of ultrasound guided cervical plexus block in thyroidectomy. Methods Fourty patients with thyroid diseases were randomly divided into two groups before thyroidectomy. Patients of group A (n=20) were anesthetized by B-mode ultrasound-guided cervical plexus block, of group B (n=20)were anesthetized by traditional cervical plexus block. The anesthetizing effects of the two groups were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS), and the side effects of the anesthesia were recorded. Results The VAS scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B after anesthesia (P<0.05), and the side effects of anesthesia in group A were lower than those of group B. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided cervical plexus block bears both satisfactory anesthesia and lower side effects in thyroidectomy. |
