| 目的 探讨组织多普勒超声技术评价先天性心脏病患儿左心室舒张功能的应用价值。方法 对35例患儿与37例正常儿,分别于术前一周内及术后1个月应用组织多普勒成像技术测定二尖瓣环舒张期Ea、Aa峰速度、Ea/Aa比值评价左室舒张功能,并与二尖瓣口血流方法比较。结果 左心型术前二尖瓣环运动频谱Ea峰下降,Aa峰升高,Ea/Aa比值减小,术后Ea下降;右心型术前Ea/Aa比值减小,术后改变不明显。结论 组织多普勒超声是评价先心病患儿术前左室舒张功能的可靠方法,可鉴别二尖瓣血流E/A比值假性正常。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) in assessment of left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) in children with congenital heart disease. Methods Thirty five patients and thirty seven age-matched healthy children were studied respectively by DTI to measure the diastolic velocities of mitral annula. The patients were divided into two groups according to the ventricular load. Results In groupⅠ(left ventricular overload), peak velocity of Ea decreased, Aa increased and the ratio of Ea/Aa was lower significantly. In groupⅡ(right ventricular overload), the ratio of Ea/Aa was lower than that of the normal control group. Seventy-one percent of the patients were with normal spectra of transmitral flow (1＜E/A＜2). Among them, 68% patients had left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) detected through abnormal Ea/Aa ratio of diastolic velocities of the mitral annuli. Conclusion DTI is a reliable method in assessment of LVDF in children with congenital heart disease before operation. |
