| 目的 分析乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)的声像图特征,提高超声对IDC的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析56例经病理证实的IDC二维图像特征及能量多普勒血流形态、频谱参数。结果 56例中显示毛刺征或蟹足征34例,周边高回声晕30例,内部微钙化36例,后方回声衰减35例;能量多普勒显示无血流1例,星点状或短线状血流55例,穿入型、分支状、不规则型血流分别为37例、34例、24例。45例肿块内部血流表现为高速高阻型(Ps≥17 cm/s, RI≥0.7)。21例有腋窝淋巴结肿大。结论 IDC在声像图上有其特征性表现,超声可成为诊断IDC的有效影像学方法之一。 |

| Objective To analyze sonographic characteristics of infiltrative ductal carcinoma (IDC). Methods Sonographic characteristics of 56 patients with histologically proven IDC were retrospectively analyzed. The US examinations included gray-scale B-mode sonography, power Doppler and pulsed Doppler.Results Thirty cases appeared spiculate margin. Hyperechoic and microcalcifications were found in 30 and 36 patients, respectively, and acoustic attenuation in 35 cases on B-mode. The color signal of all cases except one was visible, displayed as dotted, penetrating, branching and disordered vascular pattern in 55, 37, 34, 24 cases, respectively. Fourti-five masses presented high velocity and high resistant index on Doppler spectrum mode. In addition, 21 patients were detected abnormal lymph node at axillaries. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be helpful in diagnosing IDC based on the malignant features. |
