      颈内动脉和大脑中动脉重度狭窄、闭塞通常导致脑内血流动力学障碍,是引起脑梗死的最常见原因。磁共振脑灌注加权成像(perfusion weighted imaging, PWI) 使用团注顺磁性对比剂方法,能够在脑梗死发生前显示脑血流动力学异常改变。本文对PWI在颈内动脉和大脑中动脉狭窄、闭塞的研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Severe ICA/MCA stenosis or occlusion is one of the important causes of stroke and may be associated with various degrees of hemodynamic impairment. MR perfusion weighted imaging (PWI) is based on analysis of an intravenously injected bolus of susceptibility contrast material. It can be demonstrated hemodynamic impairment before infarction in patients with ICA/MCA stenosis or occlusion. This article will review the progress of PWI in ICA/MCA stenosis or occlusion.
