| 目的 研究超声定位在体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)治疗肱二头肌长头腱炎中的价值。方法 本组肱二头肌长头腱炎96例,均采用ESWT治疗,其中40例采用超声定位、56例采用痛点定位,比较两种方法治疗肱二头肌长头腱炎的疗效。结果 ESWT治疗后随访6个月,超声定位ESWT及痛点定位ESWT治疗肱二头肌长头腱炎疗效优良率分别为91.6%及79.2%(P<0.05)。结论 超声定位可提高ESWT治疗肱二头肌长头腱炎的疗效。 |

| Objective To reveal the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) with ultrasonic orientation for inflammation of long tendon of biceps muscle (ILBM). Methods Total 96 cases of ILBM were treated with ESWT, 40 refered with ESWT of ultrasonic orientation, and 56 with ESWT of pain-point orientation. The therapeutic results were compared between ultrasonic orientation ESWT and pain-point orientation ESWT. Results Through 6 mouths follow up, the results showed that the satisfactory rates of effect were 91.6% and 79.2% respectively with ultrasonic orientation ESWT and pain-point orientation ESWT in the cases of ILBM (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the ultrasonic orientation ESWT was better than that of pain-point orientation ESWT for ILBM. The ultrasonic orientation is of important significance in increasing satisfactory rate of ESWT for soft tissue diseases. |
