| 目的 讨论MRI成像技术在右室双出口(DORV)诊断中的应用价值。方法 应用快速自旋回波序列(黑血法)及磁共振电影,对4例DORV患者进行检查,将检查结果与手术病理对照。结果 4例DORV均获手术证实,2例为陶西格-平(Taussig-Bing) 畸形,1例为法洛四联症型,1例为完全型。结论 MRI诊断DORV有较高的应用价值,与超声心动图相结合,可大大提高诊断准确率。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of MRI techniques in diagnosis of double-outlet of right ventricle (DORV). Methods Four patients underwent MRI examination with double-inversion recovery fast spin echo sequence(Double-IR FSE) and cine-MRI. The MRI findings were confirmed by surgical results, and compared with echocardiography. Results All 4 cases were confirmed by surgical findings, 2 of which were Tausig-Bing's malformation, 1 was Fallot of Tetralogy with the degree of aorta-offside exceed 70%, and the others was complete DORV. Conclusion MRI is one of the optimal imaging techniques in diagnosis of DORV. Combined with echocardiography, diagnostic accuracy of DORV will be highly increased. |
