| 目的 提高上消化道隆起性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法 对133例上消化道隆起性病变患者进行内镜超声检查。结果 发现外压性改变37例;黏膜及黏膜下肿瘤96例,其中平滑肌瘤68例,平滑肌肉瘤1例,脂肪瘤7例,异位胰腺4例,食管囊肿1例,广基息肉15例。经病理证实29例。结论 内镜超声检查能清楚显示消化道管壁的五层结构,对上消化道隆起做出正确诊断,但对某些黏膜下肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断尚存在一定困难。 |

| Objective To increase the levels of diagnosis and differential diagnosis to the protrusion lesions of upper digestive tracts. Methods Total 133 patients suffering from protrusion lesions of upper digestive tracts were examined by endoscopic ultrasonography. Results There were 37 external compressive manifestations, 96 mucosal and submucosal tumors including 68 leiomyomas, 1 leiomyosarcoma, 7 lipomas, 4 ectopic pancreatic apertures, 1 esophageal cyst, 15 wide-basal polyps. In all these 133 patients, 29 lesions were confirmed pathologically. Conclusion The endoscopic ultrasonography can clearly show the five-layer structures of the wall of the digestive tracts and make proper judgement to the protrusion lesions of upper digestive tracts, but is less valuable to the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant submucosal tumors. |
