目的 制作正常成人弥散张量成像FA模板并对其进行初步检测。方法 对25位正常志愿者进行了弥散张量成像扫描,以SPM99对ADC和FA图进行头颅标准化,并生成FA图的均值图模板和均值加减2倍标准差图模板;随机抽取15位志愿者标准化后的FA图检测均值减2倍标准差图模板。结果 将ADC图的头颅标准化参数用于FA图,可以得到很好的标准化效果。制作出来的FA模板经过测试,平均假阳性区域数目为44个,假阳性区域的平均体素为14.3,平均FA差值为0.133,平均假阳性率为0.130%。结论 FA图模板可以达到临床应用要求,用于白质异常区域的检测将极具潜力。 |

Objective To make the template of FA maps of normal adult volunteers and make a preliminary test. Methods Diffusion tensor images were obtained in 25 normal adult volunteers. Spatial normalization of ADC maps and FA maps were conducted using SPM99, and then the template of mean value of FA maps and the templates of Mean±2SD values of FA maps were generated. The normalized FA maps of 15 volunteers were used for testing the template of Mean-2SD values of FA maps subsequently. Results The spatial normalization of FA maps could be well done by applying the normalization parameters of ADC maps to it. The average amount of the false positive region was 44, the average number of voxels was 14.3, the average FA difference was 0.133 and the overall false positive ratio is 0.130%. Conclusion The templates of FA maps can match the clinical requirement. It may be a potential tool in detecting the abnormal regions of the white matter. |
