目的探讨⁶⁷Ga-Citrate(Cit)和⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI显像与CT诊断头颈部肿瘤的价值。方法 48例头颈部肿瘤患者术前接受⁶⁷ Ga-Cit和⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI显像及CT检查。结果 23例良性肿块，⁶⁷ Ga-Cit、⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI显像和CT检查阴性者分别为18、19、20例；25例恶性肿瘤，⁶⁷Ga-Cit、⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI显像和CT检查阳性者分别为24、13、12例；⁶⁷ Ga-Cit、⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI显像和CT的灵敏度分别为96.0%、52.0%、48.0%，特异度78.3%、82.6%、87.0 %，准确度 87.3%、66.7%及66.7%。结论 ⁶⁷ Ga-Cit诊断头颈部肿瘤较⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI、CT有较高的灵敏度和准确度。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ⁶⁷ Ga-Citrate (Cit) and ⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI imaging with CT in diagnosis of head and neck tumors.Methods Total 48 patients with head and neck tumors underwent ⁶⁷Ga-Cit and ⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI imaging and CT scan.Results In 23 cases with benign tumor, 18,19 and 20 cases were demonstrated with negative findings of ⁶⁷Ga-Cit imaging,⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI imaging and CT, respectively, whereas 24,13 and 12 cases of 25 cases with malignant tumor were demonstrated with positive findings, respectively. The sensitivity of ⁶⁷Ga-Cit imaging,⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI imaging and CT were 96.0%, 52.0% and 48.0%, the specificity were 78.3%, 82.6%, 87.0%, and the accuracy were 87.3%, 66.7%, 66.7%,respectively.Conclusion Compared with ⁹⁹Tc^m-MIBI imaging and CT,⁶⁷Ga-Cit imaging possesses a higher sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of head and neck tumors.
