| 目的 探讨组织多普勒成像(TDI)测量右室Tei指数的可行性。方法 应用TDI获取59例正常成人三尖瓣环的运动频谱，测量舒张期波形终末至下一心动周期舒张期波形起始的间期(a')及收缩期波形的起止间期(b')，用9a'-b')/b'计算TDI Tei指数，并与传统脉冲多普勒显像(CDFI)所测Tei指数进行比较。结果 TDI所测a'、b'及TDI Tei指数与CDFI所测的相应a、b及Tei指数分别呈直线相关。结论 TDI技术可用于测量右室Tei指数，并与CDFI所测值相关性好。 |

| Objective Tei index measured by tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) was compared with those measured by pulse Doppler method.Methods There were 59 healthy adults in study group. With TDI, the time interval between the end and onset of tricuspid annular velocities during diastole (a') and the duration of the systolic wave (b') were measured. The Tei index was calculated by a'-b' divided by b'. The results were compared with the tricuspid inflow and right ventricular outflow velocity time intervals measured by pulsed Doppler. Results The time interval between the end and onset of tricuspid annular velocities (a') correlated strongly with the tricuspid closing to opening time (a)(r＝0.92,P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between the duration of the systolic wave (b') and the ejection time(b)(r＝0.89,P<0.01).The TDI Tei index correlated with that obtained by pulsed Doppler method (r＝0.86，P<0.01). Conclusion The Tei index can be measured by TDI, which is correlated well with the results obtained by CDFI in healthy adults. |
