| 目的 评价肾脏双期螺旋CT强化扫描对肾实质性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对40例肾脏实质性肿瘤作双期螺旋CT扫描，共发现43个病灶，记录其各增强时相密度、边缘，并与病理结果对照研究。结果 40个病灶中，肾透明细胞癌32个，小细胞癌1个，移行细胞癌2个，嗜酸细胞腺瘤2个。在皮质增强期，所有病灶的边界都得到清晰显示。结论 双时相肾脏螺旋CT增强扫描可对发现肾脏实质性病灶、确定病变范围提供更多的信息。 |

| Objective To evaluate the usefulness of bi phase helical CT in the diagnosis of solid renal tumors. Methods Total 40 cases of solid renal tumors underwent bi phase enhanced helical computed tomography, among which 43 lesions were detected, and their density and margin were studied in correlation with pathological results. Results Among these lesions, there were 32 lesions of renal clear cell carcinoma, 1 of small cell carcinoma, 2 of transitional carcinoma and 2 of oncocytoma. All tumors were depicted clearly in both corticomedullary and nephrographic phases. Conclusion Bi phase enhanced helical CT can provide more useful information in detecting and defining the region of solid renal tumor. |
