| 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT冠脉造影扫描中病人心率波动对冠脉影像质量的影响。方法 42例患者行多层螺旋CT冠脉造影,记录扫描过程中心率的波动范围,比较冠脉主要分支及其节段血管重建后的影像质量。结果 42例中心率波动0~10次/分的33例,10~25次/分者9例。心率波动在10次/分以上者,对冠脉显示影像质量明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 心率波动在0~10次/分时,冠脉各支(段)影像质量好。扫描前稳定病人情绪应有助于缩小心率波动的范围,提高影像质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the influence of fluctuation of heart rate during the scanning on imaging quality of coronary CT angiography (CTA). Methods Forty-two patients underwent cardiac multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT). Fluctuation of heart rate during the scanning was recorded. The image quality of branches or segments of coronary arteries (total 294) were compared between variable ranges of fluctuations of heart rate. Results There were 33 patients whose fluctuation of heart rate was 0-10/min during the scanning, and others' fluctuation of heart rate was 10-25/min. The image quality obviously decreased in patients whose fluctuation of heart rate was more than 10/min(P<0.05). Conclusion The image quality of coronary CTA was better in patients whose change of heart rate was 0-10/min during the scanning than those of more than 10/min.The patient's relaxation before scanning should be helpful for the stability of heart rate during the scanning。 |
