目的 应用实时三维超声心动图研究正常人二尖瓣环立体形态在心动周期中的变化。方法 采用实时三维超声心动图对12名正常人心脏进行实时三维成像,并应用TomTec 公司的三维软件加以分析。结果 二尖瓣环立体形态在心动周期中不断变化。最大二尖瓣环面积指数发生于舒张晚期,最小二尖瓣环面积指数发生于收缩中期,平均二尖瓣环面积缩小(30±5)%。在整个心动周期中二尖瓣环持续呈"马鞍形"。结论 实时三维超声心动图可作为人体二尖瓣环动态特性的一种非介入性研究方法。 |

Objective To investigate mitral annular shape changes during the cardiac cycle in the healthy man. Methods In 12 healthy subjects, hearts were imaged by real time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). The three-dimensional image was analyzed by TomTec 4D cardio-view analysis software. Results The mitral annular shape changed constantly throughout the cardiac cycle. The mitral annular area index increased in diastole to a maximum in late diastole, and narrowed to a minimum in middle systole. The mean reduction of mitral annular area was (30±5)%. The mitral annulus kept saddle shape during the cardiac cycle. Conclusion RT-3DE can be used as a noninvasive method to research mitral annular dynamics in human being. |
