      目的 探讨肾脏及肾肿瘤的CT灌注成像方法及价值。方法 对11例受检者肾脏进行同层动态扫描。扫描参数包括:层厚3 mm,在对比剂注射后第7 s开始扫描,间隔扫描时间为3 s,共扫描12层,对比剂按1 ml/kg计算给药,经肘前静脉单相注射,注射流量为3 ml/s。取得正常肾脏 (n=13)及肾肿瘤(n=9)血流量(BF)图。结果 正常肾皮质BF为(157.3±20.5) ml/(min·100 ml),恶性肿瘤BF为(85.4±43.8) ml/(min·100 ml)。结论 CT灌注成像可以定量评价肾脏及肾肿瘤的血流量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the value of CT perfusion in kidney and renal tumor. Methods The single-section CT dynamic scan was performed on 9 patients with renal tumors (8 malignant and 1 benign) and 2 healthy subjects with following scan parameters: 7 s delay, 3 s scan interval, total 12 images. Contrast medium was given at the flow rate of 3 ml/s from forearm superficial vein at 1 ml/ kg. Time-density curves and blood flow (BF) graphics of 9 renal tumors and 13 normal kidneys were then obtained. Results The mean BF in renal cortex was (157.3±20.5) ml/(min·100 ml), different from that of malignant renal tumors . Conclusion CT perfusion can be used to quantify the blood flow of kidney and renal tumor.
