| 目的 应用背向散射积分检测兔缺血心肌骨髓基质干细胞 (MSCs)移植后移植细胞的存活性和侧支循环的改善情况。方法 30只实验兔建立心梗模型后随机分成对照组、移植组，分别在心梗前1天、心梗后4天、移植后4周获取左室前壁心肌背向散射积分(IBS)变化曲线图，同时测出IBS和CVIB。结果 MSCs移植后4周，移植组IBS明显降低、CVIB显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 背向散射积分能够检测兔缺血心肌MSCs移植后移植细胞的存活性和侧支循环的改善情况。 |

| Objective To evaluate viable myocardium and development of collateral circulation in rabbits with ischemic myocardium after marrow mesenchymal stem cells implantation by integrated backscatter (IBS). Methods The left anterior descending coronary arteries (LAD) in 30 rabbits were ligated. The rabbits were then divided into two groups randomly: implantation group and control group. Echocardiography of IBS was performed the day before ligation, 4 days after operation and 4 weeks after implantation. Results Compared with control group, IBS was higher and CVIB was lower in implantation group (P<0.05) in four weeks after implantation. Conclusion IBS is valuable to evaluate viable myocardial and collateral circulation development in ischemic myocardium after MSCs implantation. |
