目的 应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价洛沙坦对大鼠急性心肌梗死后左室重构的左室收缩功能的影响。方法 将急性心肌梗塞(AMI)模型大鼠随机分为洛沙坦组(L组)和空白对照组(C组),以假手术大鼠(S组)为正常对照。治疗4周后分别进行超声心动图扫查。结果 C组的左室舒张末期内径、容积、左室相对重量显著增加;射血分数、球形指数及左室轴向上二尖瓣环、侧壁各节段收缩期峰值速度明显下降。L组M型及二维超声指标均有明显改善,二尖瓣环处速度指标亦有显著改善。结论 QTVI结合二维超声能较全面、精确、定量评价洛沙坦抑制左室重构、改善左室收缩功能的作用。 |

Objective To assess the effects of losartan on left ventricular remodeling and systolic function after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in rats by quantitative tissue velocity imaging. Methods After ligation of the main branch of left coronary artery, surviving female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to two groups: Losartan group (Group L), acute myocardial infarction control group (Group C). A sham-operated group (S group) was also randomly selected. Four weeks after treatment, echocardiographic scan was performed in each group. Results Compared with S group, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular relative mass in C group were all significantly increased. The parameters in C group including ejection fraction, sphericity index, etc, were all significantly decreased. Compared with C group, the parameters all above in L group were significantly improved. Compared with S group, the peak longitudinal velocity of systole in C group at mitral annulus and segments of left ventricular lateral wall were significantly decreased. Compared with C group, the parameters of velocity at mitral annulus in L group were significantly increased. Conclusion Losartan has beneficial effects on preventing left ventricular remodeling and improving left ventricular systolic function. Using quantitative tissue velocity imaging combined with two-dimensional echocardiography, the effects can be assessed comprehensively, accurately and quantitatively. |
