      目的 探讨31P-MRS在缺血性心脏病心肌活性判断中的临床应用价值。方法 对10名健康志愿者和10名急性心肌梗死的患者进行MRI及31P-MRS检查。结果 心肌灌注磁共振成像、延迟扫描图像所显示的非透壁心梗区,局部PCr SNR、PCr/ATP下降, Pi /PCr比值升高;透壁心梗区,PCr峰明显下降,以致PCr SNR无法检出,β-ATP SNR亦减低。结论 31P-MRS可以显示心肌梗死后心肌能量代谢的变化,从而评价局部心肌活性。

      Objective To investigate the role of 31P-MRS in assessing viabilities of myocardium. Methods Magnetic resonance first-pass imaging, delayed phase imaging and 2D-CSI MRS were performed on 10 healthy volunteers and 10 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Results In the nontransmural infarct myocardium, the PCr level and the PCr/ATP ratio decreased, while Pi/PCr increased (P<0.05). In the transmural infarct myocardium, β-ATP signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion 31P-MRS can discribe metabolic characterization of myocardium, and thus has clinical utility for assessing myocardial viability.
