目的 评价磁共振在胫后肌腱损伤中的应用价值。方法 对20例踝关节损伤和足骨骨折病例进行磁共振扫描。采用的扫描序列是T1加权和梯度回波FLASH T2 。结果 在斜冠和轴位像上,20例中,Ⅱ型胫后肌腱损伤15例,Ⅰ型胫后肌腱损伤5例。在15例Ⅱ型胫后肌腱损伤的病例中,8例(53%)有邻近骨的水肿,6例(40%)有跗骨窦异常改变,8例(53%)有腱鞘内积液,9例(60%)有踝关节或跖距骨的骨折。在Ⅰ型病例中,3例(60%)伴距骨骨折。结论 磁共振可显示胫后肌腱损伤的部位、程度及特点,对胫后肌腱损伤进行磁共振检查是必须的。 |

Objective To investigate the value of MR imaging in diagnosing the injury of the tendon of tibialis posterior muscle. Methods Twenty patients with ankle injury or fractures of foot bones underwent sagittal, coronal and oblique coronal imaging with 1.0 T MRI scanner. The sequences used were T1WI spin echo (500/15 ms) and FLASH T2. Results In all 20 patients, in the oblique coronal and axis scans, there were 15 patients with type Ⅱ injury of the tendon of tibialis posterior muscle and 5 with typeⅠinjury. In the 15 patients with type Ⅱinjury, 8 had marrow edema in adjacent bones (53%), 6 had abnormalities in the sinus tarsi (40%), 8 had fluid in the tendon sheath (53%), 9 had fractures of the ankle or foot (60%), respectively. In the 5 patients with type Ⅰ injury, 3 had fracture of the talus (60%). Conclusion MR imaging is a sensitive technique for detecting injury of the tendon of tibialis posterior muscle. |
