| 目的 探讨卵巢纤维瘤的声像图特点,分析卵巢纤维瘤的误诊原因,以提高卵巢纤维瘤的超声诊断率。方法 回顾分析经手术、病理证实的65例卵巢纤维瘤超声表现。结果 65例卵巢纤维瘤声像图表现可分为四种类型:①均匀低回声型;②低回声衰减型;③变性型;④不均匀低回声型。65例卵巢纤维瘤中超声误诊8例,分别误诊为浆膜下子宫肌瘤3例、卵巢囊肿3例、卵巢畸胎瘤1例、卵巢癌1例。结论 卵巢纤维瘤声像图特点为均匀低回声或低回声伴后方衰减,术前超声检查可做出诊断。卵巢纤维瘤需与子宫浆膜下肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、卵巢畸胎瘤、卵巢癌等疾病鉴别。 |

| Objective To investigate sonographic features of ovarian fibromas, and to analyze the misdiagnostic reasons, in order to increase the diagnostic rate of sonography in ovarian fibromas. Methods Ultrasound imaging of 65 patients with ovarian fibromas which were confirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Results The ultrasound imaging were divided into four types: ①homogeneous hypoecho type, ②hypoecho with posterior attenuation type, ③degeneration type, ④heterogeneous type. Of 65 ovarian fibromas, 8 were misdiagnosed as subserous myoma of uterus, ovarian cyst, ovarian teratoma or ovarian carcinoma. Conclusion Sonographic features of ovarian fibromas are homogeneous hypoecho or hypoecho with posterior attenuation. Preoperative diagnosis is possible in ovarian fibromas by ultrasonograpy. The differential diagnosis of ovarian fibroma should be done with subserous myoma of uterus, ovarian cyst, ovarian teratoma and ovarian carcinoma. |
