      目的 探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在泌尿系疾病中的应用价值。方法 对46例(正常肾10例,正常输尿管7例,泌尿系疾病29例)泌尿系病例行多层螺旋CT扫描后均采用三维重建技术对横断面图像进行重建。结果 根据疾病和诊断目的的不同,采用不同的重建方法进行重建。MIP图像对肾动脉狭窄及全尿路显示有很好效果,MPR图像可用于显示各种占位病变的位置、大小、范围等,SSD和VRT图像适用于显示肾脏畸形、肾脏肿块、肾结石和输尿管变异等。结论 对于不同的泌尿系疾病,采用不同的三维重建方法对疾病的诊断有很大帮助。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of multislice computed tomography (MSCT) in diagnosing urinary system diseases. Methods MSCT was performed in 46 patients, of which 10 with normal kidney, 7 with normal ureter, and 29 with urinary diseases. All the axial images were reconstructed using 3D technique. Results Different reconstruction methods were used according to the type of diseases and diagnostic purpose. MIP was used for displaying stenosis of renal artery and full view of the urinary system, MPR was used for displaying the location, size, and range of foci, SSD and VRT were fit for displaying the abnormalities, masses, stones of kidney and anomaly of ureter. Conclusion 3D reconstructional technique is very useful in diagnosing different diseases with different reconstruction methods according to the type of urinary system diseases.
