目的 探讨骨组织的CT值和骨结构成分(微量元素)间的关系,为骨质疏松的诊治提供理论依据。方法 利用QCT的方法选取60例不同程度的骨质疏松患者,根据Schneider理论,采用拟合方法计算骨组织的密度和组成该骨组织的化学成分。结果 骨密度越低,其钙、磷的含量也明显降低。结论 通过对骨组织CT值的测量,可以计算出骨组织的微量元素(N、P、Ca、C等)的变化,分析出骨密度下降的原因。 |

Objective To probe relationship between bone CT value and bone's minim element, and to provide theory basis for diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in clinic. Methods Using QCT method, 60 cases of different grade of osteoporosis were selected. According to Schneider's theory, bone density and chemical component were calculated using fitting method. Results The content of Ca and P got lower when bone density reduced. Conclusion By measuring CT value of bone, microelements of bone can be estimated, indicating the reason for the reduction of bone's density. |
