目的 评估影响不同配置比例国产骨水泥材料性能的因素,探讨将其用于临床的可行性。方法 将国产骨水泥按粉液比及粉剂中BaSO4含量的不同分成12组,测定其强度、刚度、聚合时最高温度以及聚合温度超过50.0 ℃及60.0 ℃以上时所持续的时间。结果 随着粉液比例及粉剂中BaSO4含量的改变,骨水泥刚度、强度、聚合时最高温度随之改变(P<0.05),而且两因素对最高温度和刚度的影响存在交互作用。但各组骨水泥聚合温度超过50.0 ℃及60.0 ℃以上所持续的时间无差异(P>0.05)。结论 通过改变国产骨水泥的配比比例,可获得较满意的材料性能,从而有望在PVP术中得到应用。 |

Objective To evaluate the material properties of domestic bone cement (DBC) with different mixing ratio, and to investigate the feasibility of using DBC on the percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). Methods DBC was classified into 12 groups according to the ratio of powder/liquid (g/ml) as 2∶1, 3∶2, 4∶3, and the percentage of BaSO4 in powder as 0, 10%, 20%, 30%. Peak temperature and time of temperature above 50.0 ℃ and 60.0 ℃ during the period of polymerization, strength and stiffness of DBC were measured respectively in each group. Results The peak temperature during the period of polymerization, the strength and the stiffness of DBC with different ratio of powder/liquid and the percentage of BaSO4 in powder were significantly different (P<0.05). Moreover, the two factors had interaction one another on the peak temperature during the period of polymerization and the strength of DBC, but the time of temperature above 50.0 ℃ and 60.0 ℃ during the period of polymerization was not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion DBC could have tailored material properties by altering its mixing ratio. It is hopeful to use DBC in the PVP. |
