      Nyquist伪影是功能磁共振成像过程中产生的一种特有的伪影,使图像信噪比下降,并对图像的可视化及功能定位产生不利影响。尽可能地消除Nyquist伪影,无论对于改善图像的视觉效果,还是对后续的功能定位分析和可视化都具有重要意义。目前对Nyquist伪影还没有有效的处理方法。本文根据功能磁共振图像本身的信息,首次提出一种基于模糊聚类技术的Nyquist伪影的处理方法,能比较有效地消除Nyquist伪影。
英文摘要:
      Nyquist ghost is a kind of particular artifact of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). It produces in the process of fMRI image reconstruction, reduces the signal-to-noise ratio of fMRI images, and disturbs the visualization and functional localization analysis of fMRI images. To eliminate the Nyquist ghost from fMRI images as completely as possible is very important, not only for improving the vision effect, but also for subsequent functional localization analysis and visualization. There is no effective method to process the Nyquist ghost at present. A method based on fuzzy clustering to eliminate the Nyquist ghost is proposed by this paper for the first time according to the intensity information of fMRI images. This method can eliminate the Nyquist ghost effectively from the sight of the processing results.
