| CT灌注成像是在静脉团注对比剂后对选定层面进行同层动态扫描，以获得该层面内每一像素的时间 密度曲线，根据该曲线利用不同的数学模型计算出血流量、血容量、对比剂的平均通过时间、对比剂峰值时间、表面通透性PS图等参数，以此来评价组织器官的灌注状态。本文就肾脏CT灌注技术做一综述。 |

| CT perfusion imaging is a new technique with computed tomography in which a quantifiable map of tissue perfusion is created and displayed by means of a color scale. A rapid sequence of images is acquired without table movement immediately after a bolus intravenous injection of radiographic contrast medium. The time density curve in each pixel within the chosen slice can be obtained to evaluate perfusion. This paper reviews CT perfusion imaging of kidney. |
