      目的 建立一种能模拟颈动脉血流的物理模型,测定颈动脉滤器置入后血流量的变化,分析其影响因素。方法 建立物理模型观察颈动脉滤器对血流的影响。物理模型用蠕动泵,玻璃管,细塑料管,甘油溶液,PVA颗粒模拟颈动脉循环系统。结果 ①滤器置入后颈动脉血流减小受颈动脉初始压力,初始流量及病灶脱落栓子数的影响(P<0.001);②此颈动脉滤器栓子捕获率大于93%。结论 滤器置入对颈动脉血流会产生影响;此颈动脉滤器是一种有效的脑保护装置。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the effect and influence of a new type of CPD on cerebral blood flow. Methods The phantom system consisted of a pulsating pump, a straight glass tube and a thin plastic tube. The pulsating pump was used to imitate the heart which could produce a pulsating flow. The straight glass tube was used to imitate the carotid artery, and the thin plastic tube was used as the resistant vessel. The 50% glycerin solution was used to imitate the blood, and PVA particles played the role as microthrombi. The flow volume was measured under different initial conditions. The results were analyzed by multi variable analysis. Results ①Filter would affect the blood flow of carotid artery. Statistical analysis showed that the initial pressure of the artery, initial flow volume and number of thrombi were the factors that would influence the flow after deployment of the filter. ②In general, the thrombi capture rate of this new type of CPD was above 93%. Conclusion The carotid filter device would affect the blood flow of carotid artery, mainly leading to reduction of blood flow. This new type of protect device is effective and reliable in capturing thrombi and keeping distal blood flow.
