| 目的 评价血管封堵器对血管性介入术后股动脉穿刺点止血的优势。方法 全组116例病人,分为血管封堵器组(55例)和人工压迫组(61例),观察分析两组的止血成功率、止血时间、下床活动时间以及血管性并发症。结果 在血管性介入术后血管封堵器组,止血时间及下床活动时间显著缩短；股动脉穿刺点彩色多普勒超声随访无血管病变发生。结论 血管封堵器对股动脉穿刺点能快速、有效地止血，缩短卧床时间，且不增加血管并发症。 |

| Objective To evalulate the efficacy and safety of vascular closure device (VCD) for femoral arteritomy closure. Methods Total 116 patients were divided into VCD group (n=55) and manual compression group (n=61). The success rat, time to hemostasis, time to ambulation and vascular abnormality in the puncture sites were analyzed. Results Significant differences were found between the two groups either in time to hemostasis or time to ambulation. Following up with Doppler sonography showed no vascular abnormality in the puncture sites in VCD group. Conclusion The utility of VCD represents a safe and effective alternative to manual compression for arteritomy clousure.Hemostasis and ambulation can be achieved faster with VCD than with manual compression, without increasing femoral access site complications. |
