| 目的 探讨卵巢肿瘤扭转的CT表现。方法 回顾分析经手术病理证实的15例卵巢肿瘤扭转的CT资料。结果 16个扭转肿瘤平均最大径10.7 cm。14个为囊性或囊实性、2个为实性。囊壁向心性增厚7例、偏心性增厚3例。输卵管增粗7例。5例输卵管、8例囊性肿瘤囊壁和2例实性肿瘤平扫CT值大于50 Hu，增强扫描后没有强化，手术证实有出血性梗死。6例有少量腹水及肿瘤周围脂肪密度增高。子宫偏向扭转侧9例。结论 卵巢肿瘤扭转的CT表现有一定特征。CT在诊断卵巢肿瘤扭转上有价值。 |

| Objective To explore CT features of torsion of ovarian tumor. Methods CT manifestations of torsion of ovarian tumor in 15 cases (total 16 tumors) proven by surgery and pathology were analysed retrospectively. Results The mean maximum diameter of 16 torsed ovarian tumors was 10.7 cm. Fourteen of the ovarian tumors were cystic or cystic solid, and 2 were solid. Concentric wall thickening was noted in 7 cases and eccentric wall thickening in 3 cases. The tube thickening was seen in 7 cases. The precontrast CT value was more than 50 Hu in 5 tubes, 8 cystic walls and 2 solid masses and no enhancement was seen after injecting contrast agent. A little liquid in cul de sac and peritumoral infiltration was seen in 6 cases. Displacement of uterus related to the torsed adnexa was found in 9 cases. Conclusion CT manifestation of torsion of ovarian tumor was of some characteristic. CT is valuable in diagnosing torsion of ovarian tumor. |
