| 目的 研究室间隔完整的肺动脉闭锁(PA/IVS)心血管造影的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析16例PA/IVS的心血管造影表现,结合X线平片、超声心动图、电子束CT结果进行分析比较。结果 16例行心血管造影均明确诊断；行X线胸片16例初步定性诊断；超声心动图检查16例，明确诊断15例，误诊1例；电子束CT检查2例，清楚显示肺动脉发育。结论 PA/IVS诊断主要依靠心血管造影。造影中应重点注意右室、肺动脉发育情况，体肺侧支及是否伴有房间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭等,为临床治疗提供重要信息。 |

| Objective To evaluate the angiocardiography of pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum (PA/IVS) for interventional radiology. Methods Sixteen cases of PA/IVS were analyzed retrospectively, including X ray chest film, echocardiography, right cardiac catheterization, and angiocardiography. Two patients underment electronic beam CT (EBCT) scanning. Results All 16 cases were diagnosed by angiocardiography. One was misdiagnosed by echocardiography. EBCT can clearly indicate the development of pulmonary arteries in the 2 cases it examed. Conclusion Angiocardiography is the most reliable method in the diagnosis of PA/IVS and is helpful in selection of treatment for this anomaly. |
