| 目的 探讨肾细胞癌相关基因VEGF、PCNA表达与CT征象的关系。方法 随机选取经手术切除、病理证实且CT资料完整的肾细胞癌40例和正常肾组织10例,用免疫组化染色(S-P法)检测VEGF、PCNA阳性表达率。结果 ①VEGF阳性表达率与肿瘤直径,瘤体坏死、液化、囊变,增强程度,边界,肾周脂肪浸润,淋巴结肿大,静脉侵犯,邻近器官侵犯或/和远处转移有关(P＜0.05);②PCNA阳性表达率与肿瘤直径,增强程度,边界,肾周脂肪浸润有关(P＜0.05);而与瘤体内坏死、液化和囊变,淋巴结肿大,静脉侵犯,邻近器官侵犯或/和远处转移无关(P＞0.05);③肿瘤病理分级增加,VEGF、PCNA阳性表达率升高(P＜0.05)。结论 RCC的CT表现与VEGF、PCNA的表达存在内在关系,据此可术前评价其生物学行为与恶性程度。 |

| Objective To investigate the feasibility of quantitatively assessing hepatic fibrosis by ultrasonic tissue attenuation imaging (UAI). Methods Corrected attenuation values in UAI were measured in 66 patients with hepatobiliary diseases before operation, and the results were compared with histological quantitative grading for hepatic fibrosis. Results Corrected attenuation values correlated significantly with the histological quantitative grading (r=0.702, P<0.001). The difference of values among the groups of mild, middle and severe fibrosis were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Corrected attenuation value can be used for quantitatively assessing hepatic fibrosis. |
