| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图(CDE)对法乐四联症(F4)的诊断价值。方法 对52例F4患者CDE检查结果与手术测量结果进行比较,并对误差原因进行分析。结果 CDE对F4的诊断符合率为94.23%。超声测量室缺大小、主动脉骑跨率及肺动脉狭窄程度与手术测量结果相关良好(分别为r＝0.61,P<0.01;r＝0.69,P<0.01及r＝0.72,P<0.01),但CDE测量室缺大小及主动脉骑跨率明显低估(P<0.05)。结论 CDE对F4具有较高的准确性,并可对畸形进行定量检测。 |

| Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography (CDE) in tetralogy of Fallot (F4). Methods CDE detection and operation findings of 52 patients with F4 were comparatively studied for the ventricular septal defect (VSD), aortic overriding ventricular septum and pulmonary artery stenosis. Results The diagnostic accuracy of CDE for F4 was 94.23% (49/52). There were significant correlation between the results of CDE detection and operation findings in VSD size, in the ratio of aortic overriding ventricular septum and in the degree of pulmonary artery stenosis (r＝0.61,P<0.01; r＝0.69,P<0.01 and r＝0.72, P<0.01, respectively), but VSD size and aortic overriding ventricular septum measured by CDE was significant smaller than that measured by intraoperative finding (P<0.05). Conclusion CDE is a reliable method with high diagnostic accuracy of F4. Characteristics of malformations of F4 can be measured with CDE. |
