      目的 探讨脑DSC MR灌注成像的合理扫描技术。方法 使用1.5 T MR对25例正常脑及35例脑肿瘤患者进行常规MRI及不同参数的DSC MR灌注扫描,将原始数据资料输入工作站后处理并行统计分析。结果 行脂肪抑制TR/TE=1800/40 ms,FA=60°的GE EPI序列者均获得较为理想的灌注图像及曲线。行SE EPI序列和脂肪抑制FA=30°的GE EPI序列检查者灌注图像质量一般,时间-信号强度曲线满意。不同剂量对比剂所得结果无统计意义差异(P>0.05)。结论 脂肪抑制TR=1800 ms,TE=40 ms,FA=60°的GE EPI序列为脑DSC MR灌注成像较为理想的选择。

      Objective To study the dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) MR perfusion technological strategies in clinical application, and to find the optimal choices of combination of sequences. Methods Thirty-five patients of brain tumor and 25 normal subjects underwent DSC MR imaging after routine MR scanning in a 1.5 T MR scanner, different doses and injection methods of Gd-DTPA, SE EPI, GE EPI sequences were used in perfusion examinations. All row data were transferred to and handled with online workstation. For statistical analysis, t-test was used and P<0.05 showed a significant difference. Results Thirty cases with bolus injection of Gd-DTPA in middle elbow vein and fat suppressed GE EPI sequence (TR/TE=1800/40 ms, FA=60°) got ideal perfusion images and curves, 30 cases underwent SE EPI or GE EPI sequence (TR/TE=1800/20 ms, FA=30°), the perfusion images and curves were not as perfect as above cases. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between different tracer doses (10 ml and 20 ml) groups. Conclusion Fat suppressed GE EPI sequence (TR=1800 ms, TE=40 ms, FA=60°) is favorable for brain perfusion studies.
