      目的 开发0.5T ELSCINT系统中腹部脏器的3期动态强化屏气扫描序列。方法 对本系统原序列D-GE-2D-VC-SEQ.DPRIV-GRECA112.PXD序列参数进行调整后,获得T1对比度图像,并将成像时间缩短到22 s左右,对2例肝脏转移瘤、4例血管瘤应用本技术进行多时相动态屏气强化检查。结果 转移瘤动脉期增强1例,延迟期增强1例,血管瘤表现为动脉期边缘明显强化,逐渐填充。结论 应用改进序列,在0.5T ELSCINT系统上可以实现动态强化屏气扫描,为肝脏肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a three stages abdominal dynamic contrast enhanced breath-holding sequence in 0.5 T ELSCINT MR system. Methods Changing the parameters of the original sequence (D-GE-2D-VC-SEQ.DPRIV-GRECA112.PXD) to obtain T1-weighted images, the scan time was reduced to 22 s. The sequence was performed in six patients with hepatic masses, which were confirmed as two hepatic metastases and four haemangiomas. Results One metastasis was seen enhanced in arterial stage, one in delay stage. In haemangiomas, typical features were observed as margin enhanced remarkably in arterial stage and center filled gradually. Conclusion The modified sequence can realize dynamic contrast enhanced scan at breath-holding time scale in 0.5 T ELSCINT MR system, which can provide proof for differential diagnosis of hepatic tumors.
