| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对子宫肌瘤栓塞治疗疗效的观察价值。方法 对29例子宫肌瘤患者,分别于栓塞前、栓塞后1周、3个月、6个月进行彩色多普勒随访观察。结果 栓塞后3个月、6个月肌瘤体积显著缩小(P<0.01),平均缩小50.06%、 63.70%。术后1周、3个月、6个月肌瘤血流明显减少甚至消失。肌瘤回声可出现强光点、液性暗区、回声增高等改变。结论 彩色多普勒超声是评价栓塞治疗反应的理想工具,对疗效的长期观察具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To study the value of color Doppler sonography in the evaluation of uterine arterial embolization (UAE) for leiomyomata. Methods Twenty-nine consecutive women with uterine leiomyoma were included in the study. Color Doppler sonography were applied before UAE,and 1 week,3 and 6 months after UAE. Results The leiomyomata shrunk significantly after 3 and 6 months (P<0.01). The mean reduction in volume was 50.06% and 63.70% respectively. After UAE, the blood perfusion of the leiomyoma reduced significantly, even disappeared, and the echo changed with hyperechoic dots or strips,fluid areas and enhanced echo. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography is an ideal tool to evaluate the effect of UAE for leiomyoma and it plays an important role in the long term follow-up. |
