| 目的 探讨原发卵巢肿瘤MR早期动态增强表现与CD44v6基因表达的关系。方法 分析64例病理检查证实的含有实质成分原发卵巢肿瘤的早期动态增强MR表现与CD44v6基因表达,CD44v6表达应用免疫组织化学技术检测。结果 卵巢良性肿瘤主要呈现Ⅲ型曲线(13/19),CD44v6基因表达阳性率低为10.52％(2/19)。恶性肿瘤主要呈现Ⅰ型曲线(43/45),CD44v6基因表达阳性率高为46.67%(21/45)。统计学有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢肿瘤MR早期动态增强表现与CD44v6基因表达相关,MR早期动态增强扫描有助于良恶性卵巢肿瘤诊断及预测预后。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between manifestations of early phase dynamic enhanced MR imaging and CD44v6 expression in ovarian tumors. Methods Expression of CD44v6 was examined by immunohistochemical methods in 64 cases of ovarian tumors, the clinical significance on dynamic enhanced MR imaging was compared with the CD44v6 expression. Results Thirteen cases of benign tumors appeared type Ⅲ curves (13/19) and lower expression of CD44v6 was showed (2/19, 10.52％). Forty-three cases of malignant tumors appeared typeⅠcurves (43/45), and expression of CD44v6 was higher (21/45,46.67%). Differentiation of typeⅠand type Ⅲ curves, as well as differentiation of CD44v6 expression, were significant statistically between ovarian malignant and benign tumors (P<0.05). Conclusion The manifestations of ovarian tumors at early phase dynamic enhanced MR imaging are correlated with the expression of CD44v6, early phase dynamic enhanced MR imaging is helpful to differential diagnosis and predicting prognosis of ovarian tumors. |
