目的 探讨磁共振对比增强血管三维成像(3D CE-MRA)的技术方法和影响图像质量的因素。方法 采用1.5T高场强磁共振检查仪,对38例病人进行靶血管3D CE-MRA检查。其中脑动脉14例,颈动脉9例,胸主动脉8例,门静脉4例,股动脉3例。成像技术包括3D CE-MRA增强前后图像数据减影,最大信号强度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)。结果 图像质量优良者达97.4%,能够清楚显示靶血管的正常解剖结构和病变部位及其狭窄程度。21例经数字减影血管造影(DSA)和/或手术证实。结论 高质量的3D CE-MRA图像依赖于注药后最佳的延时扫描时间、合适的注射速率、注射总量、扫描序列及其参数以及操作者的技巧和熟练程度。 |

Objective To evaluate the methods and the factors that affecting imaging quality of 3D CE-MRA. Methods 3D CE-MRA were performed in 38 patients with 1.5T super conductive MR scanner,including 14 brain arteries, 9 carotid arteries, 8 thoracic aortas, 4 portal venous cases and 3 femoral arteries. Postprocessing techniques including pre-and post-enhancement digit subtracted imaging, maximum intensity projection (MIP) and mutiplanar reconstrution (MPR). Results Imaging quality was satisfactory in 97.4% patients,on which the normal anatomy, lesion site and stenosis of arteries were showed clearly. Twenty-one cases were proved by DSA and/or surgery. Conclusion High quality images of 3D CE-MRA mainly depends on the optimal acquisition delay time, optimizing injection rate and volume of contrast material, reasonable sequence parameters and the operators' skill. |
