| 目的 研究牙科用三维小视野照射CT(3DX)在口腔内科根尖部硬组织疾病诊断和牙齿解剖学形态影像中的价值。方法 应用3DX影像诊断技术,对采用口内法X线牙片不明确诊断的口腔硬组织病变进行三维立体观察,以确定病变部位。结果 口内法X线牙片与牙科用3DX比较,3DX诊断部位明确,三维重建可从各个方位、空间、立体观察病变特征。结论 牙科用3DX影像精密度高,画面清晰,可从三维角度分析病灶,确定部位,防止误诊,诊断率极高,便于临床治疗及保存牙齿。 |

| Objective To investigate the application of the limited cone beam CT (3DX) for the diagnosis of the hard tissue disease of apex and the anatomical morphology of the teeth. Methods 3DX was used to observe disease area of oral hard tissue tridimensionally in case the disease could not be definitely diagnosed by dental film. Results Compared with conventional dental films, 3DX could diagnose definitely and get reconstructed three-dimensional images with distinctive characters of the disease area in different angles. Conclusion 3DX can obtain accurate and distinct images, we can not only ascertain the disease area, avoiding misdiagnosis, but also analyse them in three dimensions. It has high rate of correctness in diagnosis and great usefulness for conservative dentistry. |
