目的 探讨1.5T双梯度磁共振对大鼠肝脏进行弥散、灌注功能成像的可行性和最佳序列及参数。方法 选用不同序列及参数分别对正常及病变大鼠42只进行MR肝脏扫描并与病理对照。结果 弥散成像能显示T2WI所显示的所有结节,DWI还能反映大鼠肝脏各叶早期的不均质性改变,即早期肝硬化的表现,表现为相应病变叶的不均匀片状信号增高;肝实质灌注曲线满意;常规形态大鼠肝脏成像质量较文献报道有明显提高,图像信噪比高,可显示1 mm以下病变。结论 1.5T双梯度磁共振对大鼠肝脏进行弥散、灌注成像的研究是可行的。 |

Objective To investigate the possibility of MR diffusion (DWI) and perfusion (PWI) in rats liver using the new 1.5T and double grade-field scanner, and to find the fittest sequence and data of scanning. Methods Forty-two wistar rats liver were scanned by MR with different sequences and data, and the MR images were compared with pathology. Results DWI could demonstrate all the small nodular lesions showed on T2WI, and even more sensitive than T2WI in detecting the early changes of rats' hepatic cirrhosis, show as irregular areas of high signal intensity. The perfusion curves of liver parenchyma were satisfied. The power of resolution and the SNR of new machine were high and the quality of regular morphologic imaging had been improved obviously. Conclusion It's feasible to study the diffusion and perfusion in rats liver by the new clinical MR machine. |
