| 目的 探讨卵巢甲状腺肿声像图特点。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的22例卵巢甲状腺肿声像图表现。结果 卵巢甲状腺肿占所有畸胎瘤的1.4%(22/1531),22例卵巢甲状腺肿声像图表现为:①多房囊性8例;②囊性内有实性成分10例,其中多房8例,单房2例;③实性内有囊性成分4例。结论 卵巢甲状腺肿以多房囊性或多房囊性内有实性成分多见,本组病例中占72.7%(16/22),声像图无特异性, 术前很难诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate sonographic characteristics of struma ovarii. Methods The ultrasound imaging of 22 patients with struma ovarii confirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed. Results Struma ovarii constituted 1.4% of all teratomas in this group (22/1531). In 22 patients with struma ovarii, 8 tumors were multilocular, 10 tumors were cystic with solid component, of which eight were multilocular and two were unilocular, and 4 tumors were solid with cystic component. Conclusion The sonographic appearance of struma ovarii is usually multilocular or multilocular with solid component (16/22, 72.7%). The sonographic features of struma ovarii are nonspecific, and thus preoperative diagnosis is quite difficult. |
