| 目的 通过比较使用不同注射速率及不同剂量算法所获得的CTA成像,优化注射速率及对比剂的应用剂量。方法 对106例行CT头颈部血管造影患者最佳延迟时间的选择、最佳速率的选择、最佳对比剂剂量的应用及最佳扫描方法的选择进行系统研究。结果 利用剂量计算公式:剂量=20 ml+注射速率×扫描时间+注射速率×扫描时间×(体重-45)/45,从16 s开始扫描且注射速率为3.5 ml/s的扫描方法为最理想的方法。结论 应用多层螺旋CT进行颈动脉CTA成像,可以在保证质量前提下节约1/2~1/3的对比剂。 |

| Objective To choose optimal injection rate, dose-figuring formula and scanning method in multi-slice spiral carotid CTA through comparing images obtained by different injection rates and scanning processes. Methods 106 patients with CTA were studied systematically for the choices of optimal injection rate, dose-figuring formula and scanning method. Results The dose-figuring formula: 20+ v(injection rate) t(scanning time)+ v(injection rate)t(scanning time)(weight-45)/45,scanning delay time: 16 seconds and injection rate: 3.5ml/s is the optimal choice. Conclusion Using multi-slice spiral carotid CTA, half of contrast material may be saved under the premise of good image quality. |
