| 目的 探讨肝血管瘤射频消融术(RFA)后的CT表现,评价RFA对肝血管瘤的疗效。方法 对21例共26个肝血管瘤病灶在RFA前后行CT平扫及三期增强扫描,分析其CT征象。结果 术后1个月病灶较术前增大,术后4个月病灶缩小至术前大小。术后病灶呈不规则形,边界较术前清晰,CT值进行性下降。12个病灶未见强化,6个病灶周围的肝组织在肝动脉期及门静脉期可见均匀薄环状强化,8个病灶内部见结节样强化。结论 RFA是治疗血管瘤的安全而有效的方法。RFA后肝血管瘤在大小、形态、密度及强化形态的变化上具有其特点。螺旋CT扫描,特别是三期增强扫描可以准确判断RFA对肝血管瘤的疗效。 |

| Objective To investigate the CT appearances of hepatic hemangioma after radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and to evaluate the efficacy of RFA. Methods Plain and triphasic contrast-enhanced CT scans were performed on 26 hepatic hemangiomas in 21 cases before and after RFA. Results One month after RFA, each of the 26 lesions became larger than pre-RFA. The fourth month after RFA, the size was similar to that of pre-RFA. Compared with pretreatment findings, every lesion had an irregular shape, a well-defined margin and progressively decreasing attenuation. On enhanced CT, the lesions showed complete nonenhancement (n=12), thin rim enhancement in the surrounding liver of the lesion (n=6) or nodular enhancement in the lesion (n=8). Conclusion RFA is very efficient and safe in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma. Hepatic hemangioma has its characteristics in the transformation of size, shape, density and enhancement after RFA. CT, especially contrast-enhanced scan, is very helpful in evaluating the effect of RFA of hepatic hemangioma. |
