| 目的 总结分析经放射科诊为斜坡区占位病变而住院治疗或手术病例,认识该区的发病规律,提高对该区疾病的影像检查技术和诊断水平。方法 收集因斜坡区占位病变而住院的病人95例,其中84例经手术和病理切片诊断,11例经随访和有关临床结果证实。皆有较完整的影像学检查资料。将病理检查和临床结果与影像学资料逐一对照、研究。结果 累及斜坡的骨质病变或异常钙化灶中,原发性骨肿瘤、肿瘤样病变51例;转移性肿瘤与骨髓瘤7例;颅后窝肿瘤累及斜坡32例;另外有炎性和陈旧血肿5例。原发骨肿瘤中,脊索瘤是主要病变。在累及颅底的颅内病灶中,脑膜瘤为主要病变。结论 根据特定的影像技术表现,结合临床特征,能够对斜坡占位灶的不同病因作出基本分析。 |

| Objective To explore regular phenomena and to promote imaging diagnostic capacity of clival diseases by means of retrospective analysis of in-patient's data with these diseases. Methods There were ninety-five in-patient cases whose imaging data had revealed clival occupational diseases. Among them, 84 cases were diagnosed by operation and pathology, 11 cases were confirmed by clinical follow-up. Pathological and clinical results of each patient were compared with the imaging details. Results Of all the lesions of clival osseous destruction and abnormal calcification, 51 cases were primary tumors or tumor-like diseases; 7 cases were metastases and myelomas; 32 cases were clival involvement by intracranial tumors; and 5 cases were inflammation or remote hematomas. Chordoma was the most frequent one in primary tumors and meningioma was the main possibility among those intracranial tumors involving clivus. Conclusion With imaging characters and clinical specialities, it is possible for a doctor to make a basic differential diagnosis of clival disease. |
