目的 提高对颅内血管母细胞瘤的CT及MRI影像特征的认识。方法 收集经手术病理证实的颅内血管母细胞瘤46例。所有病例均做了MRI检查,其中26例同时做了CT检查。结果 46例54个肿瘤,囊腔型42个,典型表现为囊腔大、结节小及结节显著异常强化;实质型12个,肿瘤信号强度在T2WI明显升高,增强后显著强化,瘤内或瘤周可见血管流空信号。结论 CT和MRI是诊断血管母细胞瘤的有效方法,尤其是MRI的多轴位成像及增强扫描可避免肿瘤及壁结节的漏检。 |

Objective To get a better understanding of the CT and MRI characteristic appearances of hemangioblastoma. Methods A total of 46 cases of surgically and pathologically proved hemangioblastoma were performed MRI scan, and among them 26 cases were examined by CT. Results Among 46 cases of hemangioblastoma (54 lesions),there were cystic type in 42 cases and solid type in 12 cases respectively. The large cyst and small highly enhanced mural nodule were the characteristic manifestations of the cyst type. Signal intensity of the solid type was very high on T2WI and solid mass had obvious enhancement. Blood flow void phenomena could be found within or around the tumor. Conclusion Both CT and MRI are efficient methods in the diagnosis of hemangioblastoma. MRI can show the local tumors and mural nodule clearly, especially on multi-planar and contrast-enhanced MRI, avoid missing small lesions. |
