| 目的 评价腔内超声结合彩色多普勒血流显像对输尿管下段梗阻性病变的诊断价值。方法 对腹部超声可疑输尿管下段梗阻性病变的39例患者,应用腔内超声(经直肠或经阴道)结合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查盆段输尿管。结果 39例患者中,明确诊断38例,其中输尿管结石33例;输尿管癌4例;输尿管手术后瘢痕狭窄1例;1例输尿管炎性狭窄,误诊为输尿管末端小囊肿。结论 腔内超声结合CDFI为临床诊断输尿管下段梗阻性病变提供了一个无创,费用低廉而较经腹部超声效果更好的方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of intraluminal sonograghy together with color Doppler imaging in the diagnosis of lower ureteral obstructing lesions. Methods A total of 39 patients with suspected lower ureteral obstruction were recruited for the evaluation by intraluminal sonograghy (through rectum or vigina) together with color Doppler imaging (CDFI). Results The correct diagnosis was made in 38 of these patients,including 33 ureteral stones, 4 ureteral carcinoma,1 ureteral stricture caused by surgical scarring. 1 misdiagnosis of tiny lower ureteral cyst was made in a patient who actually suffers from ureteral inflammatory stricture. Conclusion Intraluminal sonograghy, together with CDFI, is safe, cheap and useful in patients with lower ureteral lesions,providing better results than abdominal sonograghy. |
