| 目的 提供舟月骨间宽度(SLSW)超声测量正常值,评价超声测量SLSW的准确性。方法 选用5~12 MHz,8~13 MHz线阵探头高频超声对100人200只正常手腕进行测量,记录正中位及尺桡侧偏位SLSW值。结果 男性正中位SLSW为(5.08±0.47) mm (4.2~6.1 mm);女性正中位SLSW为(4.80±0.46) mm (4.0~6.0 mm)。男女比较,同一姿势下SLSW左右侧均有显著差异(P<0.05)。左右差值比较:正中位时,男性右侧较左侧SLSW平均差值为0.026 mm(-1.1~1.1 mm)。女性右侧较左侧SLSW平均差值为0.006 mm(-0.6~1.5 mm)。结论 超声能够准确地测量腕舟月骨间宽度,为诊断舟月骨分离等提供了一个简便而可靠的方法。 |

| Objective To establish the normal value of the normal scapholunate joint space width (SLSW) in the neutral position and assess the accuracy of measuring of SLSW on ultrasonography. Methods Two hundred normal wrists in 100 subjects were examined with high-resolution sonography (5-12 MHz, 8-13 MHz linear-array transducer). The values of SLSW were measured on sonography in the neutral position, ulnar and radial deviation. Results The mean values of the SLSW were (5.08±0.47) mm (4.2-6.1 mm) in men and (4.80±0.46) mm (4.0-6.0 mm) in women in the neutral position. There was significant difference in SLSW between men and women in the neutral position (P<0.05). The mean variation of SLSW was 0.026 mm (-1.1-1.1 mm) in men and 0.006 mm (-0.6-1.5 mm) in women, respectivily. Conclusion It was accurate and reliable to measure SLSW on sonography. Ultrasonography can be used to diagnose scapholunate dissociation. |
