目的 探讨螺旋CT三维血管成像在肺结节性病变中的诊断价值。方法 对36例肺结节性病变增强CT后行三维血管重建成像,分析结节处血管表现及与定性的关系。结果 36例肺结节中,26例三维血管重建后图像显示清晰。其中22例为恶性结节,18例出现结节处血管增粗,2例可见血管穿过结节,2例结节处血管未见明显异常;4例为良性结节,结节处血管均未见明显异常。结论 ①三维血管重建示结节处血管增粗或血管穿过结节是恶性结节的可靠征象。②三维血管成像对位于中外带肺野的肺结节性病变的定性诊断很有帮助。 |

Objective To evaluate the value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels of pulmonary nodules. Methods Thirty-six cases of pulmonary nodules underwent three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels after enhanced CT. The characteristic of vessels and the relation to nature of pulmonary nodules were analyzed. Results Twenty-six images of three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels were clear in 36 patients. Of 22 malignant nodules, thick vessels could be found in 18 pulmonary nodules, 2 nodules were drilled through by vessels, and no abnormal vessels could be found in other 2 nodules and 4 benign ones. Conclusion ①Thick and perferative vessels are reliable sign of malignant nodules. ②Three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels is very helpful in diagnosing pulmonary nodules of middle and lateral field of lung. |
