| 肺结节的检出和诊断一直是肺部疾病检诊的难点之一。对肺癌的筛查,从胸部透视发展到CT,通过胸部影像方法的对比研究发现CT是肺结节最好的检查工具。影响CT检出肺结节的因素很多,本文把这些因素归纳为三个方面加以阐述,即扫描方式相关因素,扫描参数相关因素,非扫描参数相关因素。 |

| The implement screening for lung cancer has developed from fluoroscopy to CT scanning,by comparing the methods of thorax imaging,CT has been testified the optimal implement. There are a lot of factors influencing CT for detecting a lung nodule,this article reduces these factors to three aspects,namely,the factors correlating with scanning mode,the factors correlating with scanning parameter,and the factors correlating with non-scanning parameter. |
