      目的 评价声学密度(AD)参数对高血压病(EH)患者心肌纤维化的诊断价值及其影响因素。方法 用AD技术测定41例左室肥厚、53例左室非肥厚EH患者及32例正常对照者室间隔及左室后壁峰-峰强度值PPI1、PPI2,矫正的声学强度CAI1、CAI2。用多普勒技术测量左室舒张功能参数。结果 ①三组CAI1、CAI2、PPI1、PPI2均有显著差异,P<0.05。②三组AVP、S/D均有显著差异,左室肥厚组及非肥厚组E/A均较正常对照组显著降低,P<0.05。③CAI1、CAI2与AVP、S/D、LVMI均呈正相关。结论 AD技术是临床评价心肌纤维化的重要手段,可间接反映左室舒张功能减退。

      Objective To investigate the clinical value of quantitative assessment of myocardial fibrosis (MF) in the patients with essential hypertension (EH) and its influential factors by acoustic densitometry (AD) technique.Methods The study was performed on 41 EH patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (EH-LVH),53 EH patients with non-left ventricular hypertrophy (EH-NLVH) and 32 healthy controls. Corrected acoustic intensity and peek to peek intensity in IVS and PW (CAI1,CAI2,PPI1,PPI2) were measured by AD technique. The parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were obtained by Doppler ultrasound.Results ① CAI1,CAI2,PPI1,PPI2 had significant difference among the three groups (P<0.05). ② E/A was significantly decreased in group EH-LVH and group EH-NLVH comparing with healthy controls (P<0.05). AVP,S/D had significant difference among the three groups,P<0.05. ③CAI1 and CAI2 were correlated positively with AVP,S/D and LVMI.Conclusion CAI and PPI are useful in determination of MF with EH. They can be used to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function.
