| 目的 为L5/S1椎间盘经腹穿刺入路提供解剖学依据。方法 在30具成人尸体标本上观测L5/S1椎间盘前方的解剖结构和毗邻关系。结果 ①L5/S1椎间盘前方仅见部分下腔静脉 和左髂总静脉 的主支走行,骶正中动脉位置恒定,骶正中静脉变异较大;②回肠和乙状结肠加压时可推移至穿刺靶区以外。结论 在L5/S1椎间盘前方尤其在其正中偏右侧区域存在着穿刺入路的安全间隙。 |

| Objective To provide anatomic basis for transabdominal Puncture of L5/S1 disc. Methods In 30 adult cadavers, anterior anatomic structure of the L5/S1 intervertebral disc was observed and calculated. Results ①Parts of inferior vena cava and left common iliac vein cover anteriorly in the L5/S1 disc, the location of median sacral artery was very regular and median sacral vein had a lot of variatoins. ② The intestines could certainly be moved out of the pucture regions when the abdoman was pressed on. Conclusion There is a safety region for transabdominal puncture in front of the L5/S1 disc level,especially in its right anterior areas. |
