目的 建立一种磁共振冠状动脉成像(CMRA)图像质量(IQ)评价方法。方法 86例CMRA检查者,使用屏气三维快速平衡稳态进动成像序列(FIESTA)共进行734次采样。采用分级的IQ评价方法,分别对呼吸运动伪影、血管搏动伪影和组织对比度三个方面进行评分(0~2),在此基础上进行图像质量分级(0~Ⅳ),并与传统的图像质量分级方法进行比较;对分级较低的图像低评分项进行调整后重新扫描。结果 分级的IQ评价方法与传统的分级方法具有显著意义的相关性,相关系数r=0.96,P<0.05。按照评分项调整后重复扫描,25次扫描的图像质量提高1~3级。结论 本研究建立的评分分级的图像质量评价方法可以准确反映CMRA的IQ影响因素,有利于CMRA图像质量的改进。 |

Objective To establish a Score-and-Grade image quality (IQ) evaluation system for coronary magnetic resonance angiography (CMRA).Methods Eighty-six subjects accepted CMRA examination.Totally 734 scans were performed using breath-holding 3-dimensional fast imaging employing steady state acquisition sequence (FIESTA).A Score-and-Grade IQ evaluation system was introduced. Each acquisition was scored 0-2 in three aspects:respiratory artifact,pulsation artifact and tissue contrast.IQ was graded 0-Ⅳ based on the scoring.And it was compared with the conventional 0-Ⅳ grading system.The poor graded images were re-scanned according to its score.Results The Score-and-Grade IQ evaluation system had a significant correlation to the conventional 0-Ⅳ grading system,where r=0.96,P<0.05.25 scans were improved 1-3 grades when re-scanned according to the score.Conclusion The Score-and-Grade IQ evaluation system was well consistent with the IQ factors for CMRA and it was helpful for the IQ improvement. |
